In this job the customer have a huge balcony and he has plenty of plants in his balcony but his plants keep dying and always dry even he water it every other day. We need to understand that every plants have a different way to take care them. We all know watering plants is easy but not for every plants.
Mr. Eric is a very professional about plants, he know how to take care them and even how to water them correctly. So when we received the customer call Mr. Eric suggested to the customer that he need to go for inspection so he can give the customer a better way to take care his plants. Once the inspection done Mr. Eric tell the customer the proper way to maintain his plants blooming. Anyway Mr. Eric didn’t only just go there to inspect he also tag along one of our staff Khun San so after the inspection we can provide to clean the customer balcony and pick up the dried leaves.
The customer was so happy the way that Mr. Eric recommend and in able to maintain his plants healthy and blooming the customer requested us to send my staff Khun San to his place to maintain it at least once a week.
