We’ll check-in your guests. Just have them call us or contact us through LINE, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger — whichever is more convenient to them. A team member will be there to communicate with them, meet and greet them, arrange key pickup, ensure that they have found and entered the room, and give them our contact information so we can help solve any problems they have. All without your involvement.

Relax. Your room will be cleaned as soon as your guest checks out - in time for the next arrival. And we make sure to check the room again before the guest comes back. We will do the linen laundry for you also so guests are sleeping on clean sheets, pillows and blankets. If required, we can clean during the duration of the guest stay as well.

Your rooms will be fully stocked with the essentials such as complimentary water, sodas, toiletries, soap, basic kitchen cooking utensils and spices (salt, pepper, etc).

Guests need to find something, get deliveries or have a problem with the apartment? You can dispatch us to help them make their stay better. Or if you prefer, they can call us directly without your involvement. We can be the concierge service for your guests during their stay.

A/C or Wi-Fi, or appliances not working? We’ll make sure to get the relevant professionals to promptly fix any issues so the stay for the quest is comfortable and with minimal disruption. From Aircon cleaning and maintenance, to electrical, plumbing and door lock & key services, we’ll make sure that your rooms are in shape for any guests at any time.

Finally, when it’s time to leave, we will either meet the guest, or instruct them where to leave the key, as well as help them find transportation on to the next step of their journey. We will clean the room and inform you of any damages just in case the guest needs to be charged extra. We will replenish supplies and get your room ready to start earning again.

Yes. We furnish everything needed to clean your home free of charge.

Q. What should I expect on my first appointment?
We will arrive at your location and will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.

Q. Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their places. “It’s best if people pick up or straighten up their items," like toys and clothes.

Q. Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit so long as they are available. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.

Q. What will it cost to have my place cleaned?
The cost will depend on how large your place is and the amount of cleaning required. Most services start at about ฿650 per time.

Q. Do I need to be present the day of cleaning?
Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be present during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior, safe and secure cleaning services - guaranteed!

Q. Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together.

Q. How will you enter my location on my scheduled days of cleaning?
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1. You may give us a key. 2. You can leave a key with the security guard at your location. 3. You can give us the code to your electronic lock. Be assured that your place is safe with our profession staff.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.

We require payment at time of service by bank transfer, credit or debit cards.
